We may collect account and profile information, such as your name, email address, company or workspace details, and authentication identifiers. We also process the content you choose to store in Redline, including project names, drawings, device data, calculations, and exports.

When you use the service, we may receive technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, pages or features used, diagnostic events, and security logs.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Redline; authenticate users; save and retrieve project content; support, maintain, and improve the service; diagnose errors; communicate about the service; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, monitoring, communications, and other operations. They may process information only to provide services to us and under appropriate contractual restrictions.

We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect the rights, safety, or security of T2X, our users, or others; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; or with your direction or consent.

4. Project content

Project content is used to operate the features you request. Do not upload personal, confidential, export-controlled, or regulated information unless you are authorized to do so and have determined that Redline is appropriate for that information. Your organization may separately control information submitted through an organization-managed account.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Deleting a project removes it from the active service, but limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or logs until they are overwritten under normal retention processes.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and protecting access to your account.

7. Your choices and rights

You may update certain account and workspace information in Redline and may archive or delete project content using the available controls. Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Redline and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, preferences, and core functionality. Browser controls may allow you to restrict cookies, but blocking required cookies can prevent parts of the service from working.

9. Children

Redline is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. International processing and updates

Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, subject to applicable safeguards. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect.
